Many movements are trying to fight labor inequality by increasing the hiring of women, black people, latins, or any other affected. However, this hasn't stopped companies from singling out possible employees as details like name, sex or age reveal data that has influenced their final decision.

For that reason, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) wants to decrease labor discrimination by creating the first job search website that blacks out any influencing information.
